So, this time it will be Caesar Salad Dressing. Who doesn’t love a great Caesar Salad? The key is on the dressing of course, since Caesar Salad is simply lettuce, crouton, and chicken (or not). So yea, here’s my go to Caesar Salad Dressing.
Caesar Salad biasanya terdiri selada jenis Romaine, crouton (roti dipanggang sampai kriuk) dan ayam kalau itu Chicken Caesar Salad. Kalau tanpa ayam, ya bisa selada aja, dan karena itu kuncinya ada di dressing/saus saladnya.
Mungkin beberapa bahan seperti anchovy, dijon mustard, you don’t usually have it on hand, but those ingredients really make this recipe puerrfecctttt!
Some lemon juice is optional but I would totally recommend. It gives a nice kick. Oh yes, many use only mayonnaise, I like to do half mayonnaise and half plain yogurt; I find it a little bit lighter and it tastes just amazing!

The Ingredients :
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp anchovy (paste or whole like I used in the video)
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1-2 tbsp lemon juice (optional)
- sea salt and black pepper
How to :
- Put all ingredients together in a blender and blend until well combined.
- It will give you a nice, not too thick, sauce.
- Store in a jar in the fridge for 1-2 weeks.
